The Fiscal Sponsor Service (Non-Profit Organizations)
PRIMUS and BCDAlliance, a registered 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, has formed a strategic alliance to support nonprofit organizations. This arrangement is useful for new charitable endeavors that want to “test the waters” before deciding whether to form an independent entity or coalition looking for a neutral party to administer funds. The Alliance will assume responsibility for all fiscal, Human Services and Administrative functions for the sponsored organization.
The Back-Office Management Services (For-Profit and Non- Profit)
The back office management service is designed for organizations that have been incorporated or already have their 501(c)(3) tax exempt status approved. Organizations looking to reduce cost and enhancing operations by outsourcing the management of Accounting, Human Resources and Administrative Services.
